Clint Van Dorp
President
Clint brings 27 years of industry experience from positions at Maxim Truck & Trailer, Glover International Trucks, and most recently Eaton Corporation. Known for his passion for the industry, Clint has a proven track record of exceptional customer service and a strong ability to build and lead a great team.
Clint has a long-standing reputation for integrity in our industry and will continue to foster a dynamic work culture for the Capital Gear team.
Jerry Sayegh
Vice President of Operations
Jerry has a strong background in sales and marketing, with over 20 years of experience. He started in shipping/receiving, learned the business from the ground up and worked his way to his current position.
His ability to think outside the box and generate creative and innovative ideas is transposed into helping customers solve issues they have with units or parts.
Jerry’s belief in a customer first philosophy and supplying quality units and parts, has passed down to the rest of the team.
Joe Herauf
Director - Corporate Development
Joe brings over 35 years of sales, operations, and strategy development experience to this role. He will be challenged to utilize this experience in developing and executing strategies for business development with current and new customers. His focus will also be on furthering the strategic relationships with Capital Gear’s business partners, suppliers and customer base.
Michelle Evans
Corporate Controller
Michelle brings a wealth of practical accounting knowledge from her 12 years of experience in training and consulting on accounting software and business practices, as well as providing basic financial reviews for small to large businesses in a variety of fields.
Brolin Roth
Sales
Brolin began his career in heavy parts 20 years ago. His experience is weighted towards gear, but has encompassed brake, air components, fleet products and the balance of the drivetrain.
Working through all aspects of the industry, from production to purchasing, he can view his customers’ needs from experience.
Kelsey Hinko
Administrative Assistant
Kelsey joined our Administration team almost two years ago and holds the position of Administrative Assistant. She loves paperwork and is very detail oriented.
Kelsey also became our certified ISO Internal Auditor in January of 2018. She is a great addition to our Capital Gear team!
