The decision to create Capital Gear was made after much discussion, research, and a leap of faith! Faith in Gerard’s vision to put all of his years of knowledge to work for his own company. Through a lot of hard work, long hours and determination, Capital Gear has grown from the kitchen table (In 2005) and two people, to a 25,000 square foot facility with 20+ employees.
